We are a professional firm with extensive experience in the management of blocks of flats, estates of houses and mixed developments of houses & flats. We are bonded and protected by the RICS to hold & manage Client funds. We collect service charges & pay contractors for maintenance and repairs when required. We reconcile the client account and ensure Compliance with block management controls and Regulations

We provide an RICS model management agreement. The client funds are held in separate designated bank accounts and reconciled each month. We advise on the annual budget. Where possible we look to locate and use the best value contractors so saving all owners money.
